I went to this business with my child. The cashier Stephanie was the rudest Cashier I have ever encountered. She caught an... attitude because I switched an item on my order while at the window. Then once I received my food, she hurried up and closed theWindow and started scrolling on her phone. I had to wave to get her attention and she ignored me. Once she noticed that my cardidn't pull off from the drive-thru, I was able to ask for Tartar sauce. She answered in a snappy tone, "it's in the bag". Ithen said, it's only 3 in the bag. Can I get more Tartar sauce for my 3 orders, I'll pay for them. Her response, it's not aboutthe money, it's the inventory. I said, have a nice day and I pulled off. Customer Service like this is bad for business. I willnever return to this establishment again. I'll take my money elsewhere. Read more
Customer service is key with anything. I pulled up at the drive through at 9:37 PM on 08/22/2022 . I waited over 15 minutes for... someone too respond only to be greeted by ?YO?. The young lady then proceed to come out the back door of the store with an nastyattitude asking did I hear her. She was very unprofessional and I will not return. Snappers is very popular, most times will mean long wait time in drive thru. But I must say that I received great service with a... smile from Stephanie at the drive thru. Also, my food was hot and fresh. I?m a Food and Beverage manager and great service iseverything to me. Great job management team for hiring this young lady at your establishment. Went to drive thru, trying to place a order but the person that was taking my order was RUDE like she didn't want to be there.... Wow Customer service was horrible, so I left and went to Captain Fish & Chicken.... Decided to give Snapper another try. Wentback 3 days ago on (8-17-19) hopefully they improved but drive thru order for the lunch special chicken wings $4.99 and conch -shrimp $12.99 waist of money. In pictures the shrimp very small I placed on the tip of chicken wings so that the size can beviewed. The conch taste like squid tough chewy and looks like it, chicken wings was ok. Thisl business refuse to let people come in and order food! They forcing to do drive thru only with 10 cars sitting and waiting.... When asked to use the restroom, they refused and said not open to the public. These ppl put there business in certainneighborhoods (BLACK) and then want to treat us as outcast and not want to provide quality customer service. I'm really tired ofthese experiences and we need to stop patronizing places like this. We're not good enough to come into the establishment nor usetheir restroom but our money is good enough!
