I went to this business with my child. The cashier Stephanie was the rudest Cashier I have ever encountered. She caught an... attitude because I switched an item on my order while at the window. Then once I received my food, she hurried up and closed theWindow and started scrolling on her phone. I had to wave to get her attention and she ignored me. Once she noticed that my cardidn't pull off from the drive-thru, I was able to ask for Tartar sauce. She answered in a snappy tone, "it's in the bag". Ithen said, it's only 3 in the bag. Can I get more Tartar sauce for my 3 orders, I'll pay for them. Her response, it's not aboutthe money, it's the inventory. I said, have a nice day and I pulled off. Customer service is key with anything. I pulled up at the drive through at 9:37 PM on 08/22/2022 . I waited over 15 minutes for... someone too respond only to be greeted by ?YO?. The young lady then proceed to come out the back door of the store with an nastyattitude asking did I hear her. She was very unprofessional and I will not return. Thisl business refuse to let people come in and order food! They forcing to do drive thru only with 10 cars sitting and waiting.... When asked to use the restroom, they refused and said not open to the public. These ppl put there business in certainneighborhoods (BLACK) and then want to treat us as outcast and not want to provide quality customer service. I'm really tired ofthese experiences and we need to stop patronizing places like this. We're not good enough to come into the establishment nor usetheir restroom but our money is good enough!
