I?m a daily costumer of this location and today, never happened before, I had the unfortunate experience of meeting Briana... which, without any reason, considering that I was having a normal conversation about the rewords in my new application, slammedthe door on my face and started to acting out when I asked to give me a good reason why she was so aggressive. I suggest thecompany to verify also the mental and emotional stability of the workers considering that is not needed a particular skill tosell and prepare a smoothie. This place has always been a must go when im in the area but today was the first time I'm very disappointed of this location , I... am and peanut butter and a banana lover and smoothie king makes a perfect combination of the 2 The Peanut Power that's all iorder for years and today i was given a cup of banana puree no peanut or the other ingredients that comes with it. I live westof pines and yes i know thera other smoothie king i can go to but this location makes it best. Everyone here works HARD for how busy they are! No tip jars inside which is upsetting? Pricing here is marked up compared to... others (i just used the app to order and got a discount). Really not so deserving of so many low reviews. Maybe dont wait in a10 car long drive through when you can just walk inside. Read more
Seems to be more than the other smoothie kings. And they cut the actual size of the scoop in half, $1.50 for 9grams of protein?!... So not only are the smoothies half juices not actual fruit but they cut the nutrients in half. Nice guys! Helpful staff at thislocation. Literally not one look,acts or moves like they care. I?m a regular at this location as I frequent here practically every other day. I have let the attitudes of most of the workers... at this location ?slide? as the smoothies are usually really good, this location is about 5 minutes from my home and Iappreciate the drive thru option but as of today, I think I?d much rather make the 10 mile drive to another location for betterservice. I informed the drive thru worker that I was picking up my order and was rudely told ?congratulations, now what can Iget you?? My order without the unwarranted rudeness and sarcasm would be nice. Friday night $5 offer should be the perfect occasion to serve a lot customers but instead SM put just 2 young slow ladies to... work. Results: 20 mins waiting time just to order and other 35 to get the smoothies. Unhappy cuatomers, unhappy employees...blame the owners! Read more
