This staff is not only extremely rude but also unprofessional and unhygienic. I arrive to place my order and the person behind... the register tells me to be quiet because he is on the phone. The last time I checked when you?re on the job, you shouldn?t beon your phone. Next, the ignorant worker takes my order but refuses to tell me that there is no top for my smoothie, and givesme attitude when I explain that I can?t take it like that. Finally, they used their bare hands when transferring my juice tosmaller cups, which could cause bacteria as I did not see a single person wash their hands. If you are gonna hire people to workat your establishment please hire people who are competent and have a basic thing called manners. I was here at 6:05approximately. It?s 4.11pm on Saturday, June 11, 2022. Have seen around seven customers attempting to get inside without luck. One of the... busiest days, they are ?closed?. The doors are locked. The employee apparently state they are closed although the websiteindicates they close at 9pm. You call the phone number and they pick up and hang up. I have NEVER experienced horrible service like I did at this location. I ordered a peanut power plus with strawberry and it... tasted like nothing. Like absolute nothing. So I brought it to the attention of the team member Paula Bustamante and asked if itcould be remade or at the very least refunded and she said ?No I can?t. It?s not my fault, I followed the recipe.? I?ve orderedthis multiple times and have never had an issue. I assume everyone follows the same recipe, so what happened here? I asked againif it?s possible to remake it because it literally tasted like lightly flavored water and she said no. When I asked to speak tothe manager she said to call back later. When I asked for her name she refused to tell me. I only found out her name because shehad to tell a delivery guy who walked in while all of this was unfolding. I?m appalled with how this situation was handled. Ipaid for a smoothie that I ended up leaving at the store because it was horrible. And this employee was so careless and justkept saying ?I don?t know what to tell you, I followed the recipe.? I?ve never experienced something like this. And when I askedher if I could speak to a manager she said ?no you have to call later?. No one with this kind of attitude and horrible customerservice skills should be working behind the counter of such a reputable place. What a shame. Read more

Great service and product availability. This store is usually pretty empty. Nice sitting area too.
Fantastic Customer service, great selection of smoothies, good prices, always have different free samples. Wide variety of... protein bars, snacks and powders. A/C has issues at times an they won't have certain smoothie options but that doesn't stop mefrom going all the time :) Read more
Always get serviced quickly and rarely have to wait longer than 10-15 minutes. Even when it's full they have two people taking... orders so it moves quickly. Never had a bad experience with this location. The place is clean and the staff is nice, they alsorecently have been having samples of different smoothies they've been promoting. So you get to try a new flavor you might neverhave tried and they are never pushy about it, you can still order what you wanted. Nice gesture though to get customers tryingout different flavors. The AC has been broken in this location for more than a week and the poor team members inside are dripping in sweat!!! I walked... in to order and it was immediately unbearably hot and humid. Could barely wait 3 minutes for my smoothie because it felt like asauna. Read more
