Can I be reimbursed for my order that I waited an hour for and never got? Thank you
This location had only one employee working. There were 8 customers cramped up inside and 3 more outside. i placed my order... online at 1:20 and my app gave me a confirmation that my order would be ready at 1:35. I took a little longer to pick up myorder and arrived at 1:53 which is when I got there and there was a big line of people. The person behind me said he had to pickup order which coincidentally I had one as well but I hadn't said anything. When he asked about his order that he ordered alarge smoothie he was told that there were no large smoothies at this time because those cups did not have lids. At that pointhe says that his order was not ready which meant mine wasn't either because everybody else was getting served. I had to leavebecause I was on a lunch break and I had figured my smoothie would be ready by then I need to see how I get my money back it wasalmost $10 for something I never got nor was I going to get because I ordered the medium and according to the guy working therehe said that only the smalls had lids. Number one why was there only one employee working there and number two this SmoothieKing is right in the middle of a shopping center where there is a Publix I heard him say there were no bananas and nostrawberries that is unacceptable!! Lately, they are missing all of the essentials. Today the charged me for peanut butter but they didn?t have ...so I paid extra... for air? There is a Publix in the same shopping center. It makes no sense for them to be out of ingredients, basic ingredientslike bananas or strawberries. Read more
Really watery smoothies, and it was shocking to see how i ordered a medium sized cup smoothie and i received a small sized. I'm... not sure if it is something smoothie king is doing now, but it is a total waste of my money, the cup was super small. BRING BACKTHE OLD MEDIUM CUPS!!!!! Read more
The first time I went to this location a couple years ago, I asked for a refund because of how aweful the smoothie was. They... told me I couldn't get a refund and so I had to settle for another nasty flavor. Then earlier this week decigff to give thislocation another shot. Ummm, same deal---terrible flavorless smoothie. It tasted like water. 2 out of 2 misses. They shouldclose down or seriously consider new management that's passionate about smoothies and quality service. Read more
Hit or miss with this location. Been here about 10 times in last year. Not the cleanest SK but not horrible. Counter bar... man/woman is usually consistent in quality. Probably Will come back again. Point system has been down a few times but may bethe malls fault?? Lol good peoples though. Read more
This store should be called "Juice King".. ALL smoothies are watered down. They don't get the concept of a smoothie. When you... complain, they get mad so it's best to go to another store that knows what their doing. Entire store needs to be re-trained Read more
Calling this location will result in the person picking up the phone, only to later hang up. And you can tell they're trying to... hang up by the constant clanking of their phone onto the box. Terrible Read more
