I called this place @ 9:40 PM. A young lady answered the phone. I told them that I wished to place an order, because I... probably would not arrive until @ 10 PM. It appears as if my call was hung up on . . . Because I called MANY times ---- and noone answered the phone. Thankfully, Waze took me to another Smoothie King (on 88th and 124th). At THAT Smoothie King, theemployee treated me as a valued customer, and gave me top-notch customer service. Guess which Smoothie King I will happilypatronize? ???? Horrible experience! I went in at 8:50pm on a Friday and there were two young girls behind the counter. I placed my order and... the young girl who is making my smoothie is literally coughing without covering her mouth spreading her germs on top of all thefruits, blender etc. I couldn?t believe it, then she ask the other girl behind the register to give her a glove and puts it overthe spoon to take out the peanut butter which is unsanitary a glove from a box very disgusting, I believe she didn?t want towash the spoon since the place was closing in ten minutes. I felt sick to my stomach and ended up just throwing out thesmoothie. It was a horrible experience and I would never go back to this location. Read more
