Horrible customer service when there's a issue. Charged me twice and refused to do a refund. Told me to go through my bank for... the money to be returned. Ricardo lacks the skills to be a manager as he can't solve a simple problem that the store was atfault for. Asked for the store manager and was told to send a email and they will look into it. I have both receipts that cameto my phone. Read more

Excellent customer service. Friendly, efficient staff and delicious smoothies. I drove further south to go to this location... because they took my call ahead order right away and it was ready when I arrived.
