This smoothie king is horrible!! I dunno who's training these guys but im never coming here again. Ordered a vegan mango kale... smoothie and it tasted like they only put kale in it! Then I had them replace that with a vegan mixed berry smoothie and thatcame out even worse!! ???? ???? ????. Told him only 4 squirts of oat milk in my 32 ounce and it tasted like he put the wholeDamm bottle again. To anyone reading this review stay far away from this smoothie king. i recently ordered for delivery and it was really bad. I used the app, and it said i had $4 off and it didn?t give it to me and... i tried calling the store and they took the phone off the hook. I go to this location frequently and the customer service wasbad in person will now be going to any other smoothie king but this one. Read more
Love it here! Amazing customer service. I always come late after the gym to grab a smoothie, usually there?s 2-3 girls there... that are extremely helpful and friendly. They are very quick with taking and serving my order with the convenience of the drivethru. I come here probably 4-5 times throughout the week. Very attentive employees! Read more
Updated at bottom: Usually great here, but unfortunately when it's the young girls only, they don't know how to take orders and... get lost. They don't know how to sub in fruits for another without charging you. Also there's a blonde girl with very long nailsthat is very lost, also uses her phone while taking orders, very unprofessional. Hopefully she is new and will get better. Thisis the crew on Fridays around 2pm. When they aren't the ones taking orders, everything runs smoothly. They should have a tenuredperson or manager working with them. The 3 girls didn't even know how to do a refund to another gentleman while I wasthere. I usually have a good experience at smoothie king. There's a sale until 6/14 from what I understand bonus points if you use the... app for your smoothie purchase. But The metabolic boost , immune builder and gladiator smoothies are my go to ones. I alsolike the full recharge but that one is higher in caffeine. I also like the veggie smoothies as well. These 2 individuals give us hope and faith that our youth still... care about doing a great job, providing great service and delivering quality smoothies.
