Angela was so nice I asked her which lemonade she thought was the best. Her response was ?would you like a sample of each... lemonade?? I was shocked that she offered and pleased and of course I said yes. Angela was very attentive the whole time I waswaiting for my order even when she was attending other customers I felt like her top priority. She asked if I wanted anythingelse like ketchup or mustard. Fantastic customer service would come back again to this particular shake shack just to getservice from Angela. Read more
Stopped by today to grab a quick bit after doing a little shopping in the mall. I was greeted with a warm welcome and friendly... smile from Angela. She was super pleasant and help me decide on what to order. I settled on the spicy bacon burger, cheesefries, and harvest berry lemonade. The food came out super fast and was absolutely delicious. Hotdog was not good hard overcooked and tasted more like a salami. Burger and fries are good. Nothing over the top. You have to... pay extra for fries. Bread was much smaller then the patty. If it wasn?t for the hotdog ???? it would be a 4 ?? Read more
