The staff and food were great! Definitely eating here again next time I?m at Dadeland Mall.
Angela was so nice I asked her which lemonade she thought was the best. Her response was ?would you like a sample of each... lemonade?? I was shocked that she offered and pleased and of course I said yes. Angela was very attentive the whole time I waswaiting for my order even when she was attending other customers I felt like her top priority. She asked if I wanted anythingelse like ketchup or mustard. Fantastic customer service would come back again to this particular shake shack just to getservice from Angela. Read more
Stopped by today to grab a quick bit after doing a little shopping in the mall. I was greeted with a warm welcome and friendly... smile from Angela. She was super pleasant and help me decide on what to order. I settled on the spicy bacon burger, cheesefries, and harvest berry lemonade. The food came out super fast and was absolutely delicious.
