The girl working the register needs a new job. I specifically told the cashier to please omit the bacon from the burger, chicken... sandwich, and fries. I did not return the food because it took so long to get it in the first place. I picked it out the meal,but I can't process bacon well so it was not a pleasant experience. Read more
Place was very crowded and the staff was able to quickly and efficiently place our order and get the food out. Great quality... food and service. I would recommend and will go again. Read more
The food is always great but man I have to say the staff is awful. They don?t greet you, they don?t smile, I made an online... order to be in and out quickly, after telling an employee the name on the order she didn?t even acknowledge me. It took adifferent employee to ask me for my name, turns out my food had been sitting there the entire time. Burgers cold, fries cold.All because the employees have no sense of urgency and are in the back joking around like kids. Love shake shack, but 100%willing to visit a different store willing to provide great customer service. excellent food and great service! shake shack is consistently delicious and the staff at this particular restaurant was so kind... and welcoming. I had the shroom burger, which is so yummy I highly recommend even if you are not vegetarian. Their french friesare also top tier. Read more

I went here for a burger and some chick'n bites. You can get a gluten free bun here which is good. The seating here spacious. ... There are good drink options. The burger options are good. Food is always pretty good. Service is more often than not terrible. Depending on who you get at the register will determine... your experience. Had one girl at the register that wasn't even greeting anyone, just standing there with an attitude like wewere troubling her, wouldn't confirm orders or give totals. Another time we were given the table number and waited for a longtime only to find our order was sitting at the counter and no one was bringing the food out. More often than not we don't havegood service, which sucks for the kids working hard there that do do a great job. Read more
