Juicy and tasteful options no matter what you get. Got the cuban sandwich and was not disappointed. Staff there were inviting... and laughing whole time with each other. Good atmosphere if you're laughing at work. Read more

I told them I just bought these, & would not like them to go to waste so please takethem. The Security Supervisor thanked me more than once. The Security for Disney Cruise are very nice, & respectful just likethe employee's at Sergio's Cuban Cafe and Grill are so thanks. Read more

First, the waiter was not familiar with the menu or couldn't answer basic quetions, then they were out of half of the things we... wanted to order. We ended up ordering cuban sandwiches to play it safe, and had to send them back because they were cold, pale, and the cheese not melted. What happened to the grill? Read more

The worst cuban sandwich I've ever had. So sad that it happened in Miami. I've had much better in New York. Look how sad this... sandwich looks. One slice of meat. Just tasted like bread and pickles. Horrible. And I paid 17 bucks with tip on uber eats. Stayaway from this place. Read more

Was not impressed with this place. The concept walking in the door is confusing. There is a hostess booth and cupcake stand. No... seating hostess. We stood around for 5 mins before asked if we wanted to be seated. The menu on the wall does not watch the menuthey give you. Food was not impressive. This was the worst place we ate at since being in Miami. I don?t recommend. Read more

What a great place for breakfast! Was in Miami for work. Was looking for a place with Cuban coffee. The hotel suggested this... place. I had 'Sergio's steak and eggs', a beef empanada, and a cuban coffee. It was all absolutely delicious and exactly what Iwas looking for for breakfast. The cashier was super friendly and helpful when I told her it was my first time there and that Iwas from out of town. The lady who brought out my food (which was brought out really fast) was also all smiles. Great food, great customer service, chill atmosphere. I absolutely recommend this place! Note: Bowls aren't available until 1030am. Read more

I went into this place just to use the restroom because I was in the area working and had some downtime. The staff were super... nice and welcomed me and directed me toward the back for the restroom. Then I figured, they were so nice, let me give them mybusiness. I could eat. I ordered a couple quick on the go items that were delicious. I had the Cheese Baked Pastry, the VacaFrita and Chicken Empanada. The cheese pastry was super flaky, buttery and cheesy! The Vaca Frita empanada was even better! Itwas stuffed with chunky shredded beef and was very flavorful. I would have gotten 2 if I knew they were so tasty because thechicken one was just OK but still good. I also had a cuban coffee to wash it all down! Yum. Read more
