Reviews for Raw Addiction- Miami (Eureka Drive) in Miami, FL
I never got a refund from this place when I made a mistake and placed an online order for pick up. When I realized my mistake, I... called within 1 minute after I placed the order to cancel it. The manager doesn?t know how to do the refund. He told me I haveto cancel the order online (which customers cannot do) and he said the Coral Springs location should help me with it (which isalso not true bc they are a different business). No one speaks English at this location and I could not understand most of whatthe manager was trying to tell me on the phone. I wasted hours on the phone trying to get a simple refund back. They had me onhold for 45 minutes, which isn?t smart on their part bc I was clogging up the phone line for potential orders. Read more
One of the few halal friendly healthy eating options around town. What's more it's budget friendly as well.
Ya not a fan. Tiny expensive shake. To make my order I had to google my add ons and show the girl pictures of them bc she didn?t... understand me. They were dumped on top of my shake at the end. Shake ended up in the trash because it was soooo chunky Icouldn?t drink it. Just went somewhere else to buy another shake. Waste of time and money?.. Read more

The place is small but is always clean and they have a great customer service, the food is not the greatest but it looks... fresh,also...we appreciate that this kind of small business contribute expanding the idea of treat our body with respect in thehealthiest way. We must add to the comment that one of the products used in an acai bowl that we ordered almost sent my wife tothe hospital with a severe allergic reaction, lol. We're still figuring out the agresor ingredient. This is not your faultguys, things happen...just wanted to pointed this issue in order to improve how the items are advertised to avoid allergiesissues with the clients. Hope the administration consider our feedback in a positive. We hope you guys all the best and willdefinitely comeback in the near future. Read more
This establishment is best suited for pick up & go. They don't really have tables to dine on. And its very small, you'd feel... cramped with 6 or so ppl. Walking in you'll notice the larger than life menu on the wall, legible, & organized. The Acai bowlsare larger than they look. But the smoothies, while very tasty, are not worth their volume unless served with a shot if rum.Essentially it's similar to what you would pay out on the beach for rum runners, daqueries & the likes. The parking lot isexcellent, extra large and shady making it a good place to munch on your acais. Read more
It?s a nice, small, well decorated smoothie store. I was surprised that the smoothie place only had one size for smoothies but... that?s probably because of the amount of raw ingredients they?ve got to work with, but it still works and that?s probablybecause there aren?t crazy amount of additives or sugar which I commend. The smoothies that my family and I got were MangoMadness, Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Dragon Berry. The smoothies were good for the most part. The Mango Madness wasperfection, the Dragon Berry smoothie was pretty sweet, the Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter was a miss. The latter barely had achocolate taste, if anything I tasted more of the peanut butter and the spinach(which I honestly overlooked on the menu). Theservice was quick and attentive. Read more
