looking for good coffee fresh off the plane from Italy, low expectations and open mind. I ordered what I thought would be... closest to what we call Latte macchiato, tweaking it a bit (half coffee please), because you guys like going overboard withcoffee and that?s weird. Perfect spot for working remote and a great cup of coffee in the heart of Miami. Lots of great food options including gluten... free. Many milk options including oat, almond, soy and coconut. Was really craving coffee and kept looking for a good iced coffee spot in the area. I came across Puroast Coffee and let me tell... you. It did not disappoint. Customer Service Excellent, I was greeted in a friendly manner the minute I walked in the store, my questions were... answered and everyone was very sweet and friendly and knowledgeable. ????Coffee (the important stuff) if I base my reviewentirely on the quality of the coffee and the preparation I would probably get this coffee shop 2 stars, I have an 8 ounce hotbeverage with two shots of espresso and I barely can taste the espresso - it is so weak it doesn?t even hold up to 8 ounces ofmilk, not good! In addition, the steaming process was just all wrong, by the time I opened my lid about 2 minutes later, I wasleft with half of a cup since the milk was not serenade correctly. ??????????Food I only had the avocado toast with a poachedegg on top and it is amazing! If this represents the rest of their menu they definitely know what they?re doing when it comes tofood - highly recommend. For me as a coffee shop owner, when I go into a local coffee shop the most important thing in the shopshould be the coffee! yes they have amazing customer service, yes they have amazing food but if you don?t have the core of yourbusiness (coffee) right, then you?re NOT a coffee shop you?re more of a café?
