The worse customer service in Miami. I asked for a 3 piece they made a mistake and gave me a 2 piece. Mistakes happens all the... time. But the skinny girl working the register starts to saying our loud "people don't know how to order". She needs to takeher nasty attitude off the counter she has no business dealing with the public. Great customer service in this Popeye's and the apple pies and cajun rice were delicious! The chicken I had was overly greasy... and the fries were not crunchy. The restaurant area was unkempt. The soda and tea area was completely soaked and wet and thecoke was not working. Read more

I?m the drive thru.., my friend and I could hear the teller saying ?oh Jess? what ? I said three times out loud thanks to him..,... he did not even looked at us. The chicken was old burnt and kind of soft from maybe who knows how many days standing in theheating lamp.., I have my receipt. Terrible food, terrible customer care. If you are having a bad day remember this will passand a new opportunity is ahead., others around have nothing to do with what?s happening to you. Just went here yesterday 06/20/2022 and recorded a video. Things have picked up since I last visited. Just checking if Popeyes... in Miami is any different then popeyes in other places. I would say this store has some online order system and/or uber eatsand the workers aren't fast enough to make that work. So one uber got called off an order waiting for it to be made.
