The worse customer service in Miami. I asked for a 3 piece they made a mistake and gave me a 2 piece. Mistakes happens all the... time. But the skinny girl working the register starts to saying our loud "people don't know how to order". She needs to takeher nasty attitude off the counter she has no business dealing with the public. I?m the drive thru.., my friend and I could hear the teller saying ?oh Jess? what ? I said three times out loud thanks to him..,... he did not even looked at us. The chicken was old burnt and kind of soft from maybe who knows how many days standing in theheating lamp.., I have my receipt. Terrible food, terrible customer care. If you are having a bad day remember this will passand a new opportunity is ahead., others around have nothing to do with what?s happening to you.
