The worst Popeyes in Miami, & even probably from all areas in Broward and Miami. Employees there are very rude on the phone and... are outrageously very slow with orders. We waited two hours for a simple 2 piece chicken meal which makes me ask if they wereeven working. The order got canceled by someone there and when we called ton ask why and what was going on and this lady beingrude off the jump stated that we canceled it and to find our own way to get our money back for it. I'm reporting this as I typeto the corporate office, New staff needs to be installed as well as managers because they shouldn't be any reason as to why asimple two piece meal could take that long of an order to make and prepare as well as the customer service that was providedwhich I would give a negative five stars to. sad sad sad. if you don't want to work then don't apply, just stay home! I wish i give them zero stars. Came to popeyes on my lunch break. Had to stand in a long line because my work truck wont fit in... drive-thru. So I waited for my order and notice people behind me getting there dry chicken first. So i mentioned it to thecashier they said ok. I seen my break was nearly over so requested for a refund. Place was nice, clean and workers were cheerful at least at the time I was there. It seems there was an accident recently and... some of the windows were covered with wood. Love the chicken and the Buttermilk ranch sauce. Read more

Excellent Popeyrs location, though the wait can be very brutal. Definitely order ahead in the app or order in the store since... the drive-thru is absolutely horrendous. The chicken here is usually very fresh but sometimes the fries are a little dry.Overall really great. Read more
