Made an online order because I was in a hurry. When I got there, I saw a manager behind the counter and asked him if my order... was ready. He looked at one bag and said no, asked my name then walked off. I then waited in line for 10 minutes and my orderstill was not ready. People who ordered food from the line got there food before me and I order ahead of time 15 minutes beforeI arrived. For cashier ended up having to tell the line crew to make my order because after standing at the counter for 20minutes I STILL had no food. I was late to my appointment. Playing over mobile orders is no laughing matter! Every time I order I?m told to get out and come in. why??? When the order is... already up, causing me to be inconvenienced and my food to get cold. This girl was very rude . She cashed out my order the wrong way . I gave her $20.96 due to my total being 6.96 and she catches... an attitude and then try to avoid giving my money in my hand . I went here for lunch. I am starting my to get the nuggets are instead of the strips. The strips come in spicy or mild. The... nuggets are only in mild. I ordered 2 spicy drumsticks to substitute.
