If anyone is eating here regularly you're being robbed, I just paid $ 22.75 for an undercooked, stale, with cheese that tasted... sour, and last not but least undersized because this is a family size pizza which doesn't even measure to a medium one, thepicture speaks for ITSELF, Polo Norte has gone from having a good name to being just disrespect and disgusting with FOOD withnever come back.PS. For a ham and cheese SPAGHETTI and undercooked dough I paid almost $50 and ruined my lunch, not evenDoorDash can't keep up with these restaurants and their thievery. Read more

Family Size pizza have decrease in size. Also the quality of the pizza have change tremendously. I have been going to this place... for the past 12 years. The pizza used to be well cooked. The pizza does not have the cheese crust, some of the slices haveuneven amount of toppings and lack of cheese. Definitely they need to keep up with the quality they once had. Read more
One star is a high rating. Worse customer service I've experienced. My family and I waited for over an hour and a half for a... couple plates of spaghetti. After waiting for our meals, the food was tasteless. The ingredients lost quality. I'd recommend togo elsewhere, spending your money here is not worth it. Read more
