On Dec 4,2022 we had a bad experience. The beans were very watery and hard, the person who served did not include enough cutlery... to eat, there were no sauces to add to the food, not including enough napkins, we had a bad experience really, thanks and MerryChristmas. Read more

Attn: Management. What is the sense of ordering online if you don't have staff available or willing to hand you over your order... when you arrive for pickup? The staff makes you wait on purpose. What an awful experience. I was told you can't go wrong with Pollo Tropical for a Latin fast food meal. Turns out that was... wrong. The rice was undercooked, the chicken was overcooked, and the cookies were burned. Most of the meal was uneatable. Not tomention that I didn't get some of the sides or bread rolls. Gross! Read more

The location never has any sauces, the food is typically served cold, and while the employees lack customer service, they don?t... deserve to be treated as poorly as they are by the manager. If you order through uber, expect a high possibility of your orderbeing incorrect. Read more

Pollo Tropical has been in my diet since birth and has great food music and the menu is so big you can get Cuban sandwiches all... the way to Chicken nuggets I recommend this food chain any day Read more

I usually don?t write reviews but this place is so horrible I felt compelled. The worst managed/ run restaurant I?ve ever been... to in my life. I?ve tried to eat there so many times and it?s always the same. They don?t care if they are out of certain thingsthey?ll just charge you and pack your order hoping you don?t notice. It?s a total joke. I?ll also be going to tomorrow morningfor a refund for our two chicken and vegetable soups that were just chicken broth. Nothing inside. 3rd times it?s happen to methere. Ordered a small soup and got charged a bowl (large) soup. Ordered avocado slices and got charged an entire avocado salad. Also i... ordered a half of a chicken well done (dark meat) and got 1/4th of a chicken. When i returned it asking for the other missingchicken the cook in the back got an attitude and placed white meat. I had to tell them again it was dark meat well done. Thenthey don?t give it to me well done, having to return it again. Asked for 2 cups of water and i got 2 cups of Sprite. To top itoff when asking for sauces they only had 2 sauces available curry and tomato sauce. Horrible! Read more

Honestly one of the rudest staffing Pollo tropical that I?ve ever dealt with. Even the manager was rude. When ordering they were... sarcastic when repeating back the order to me. Then when I asked for refund because I didn?t trust them making my food afterseeing as all the kids there and I say kids because they?re all a bunch of high school students were laughing and giggling. Iwanted refund the manager came out and asked me what?s wrong with an attitude. Then he proceeded to say they did it the way youwanted it what?s wrong with it. I told him I didn?t ask for an explanation I simply just didn?t want the food because I don?ttrust the food coming out from the back and I just wanted a refund he told me to pull up I told him no I was not gonna pull upthat I was gonna wait till I got my refund. He huffed and puffed and rolled his eyes and gave me the refund. Honestly I lovePollo Tropicale but I will never go to this location again. Maybe if they would?ve had some serious employees working there Thatweren?t rude and snickering as they were handed me my food or maybe if the manager would?ve apologized and said I?m sorrysomething went wrong how can I help you not with an attitude I would?ve moved up for them to refund me or I would?ve cut thefood but they seriously need to understand what customer services.
