That worse place I ever been, staff is rude, no work ethic, place is dirty and disgusting. . dishes are nothing to what they... advertise, Worse place for eating. We ask for 1/2 chicken, if I want a pieces of bread they ask for 0.99 cent for small dinnerroll, then we asked for a avocado salad that supposed to come with cilantro sauce, well, no sauce then went we ask for it theattendant thought a few small disgusting sauce (not cilantro sauce) , that was all open and make it mess inside the bags. The person that took my order did not listen, and then fought me and denied that I said regular chicken instead of vegan... chicken. I also asked for a large tropi chop and they gave me a small one. Lastly, I asked for all of the vegetables and theydidn't give me any vegetables on it. The only thing she got right was the yellow rice. Horrible customer service. She said sheasked me twice, and I honestly don't remember that. Good thing I am a top reviewer with Google so thousandths of people can seethis. Find better people with a better attitude and listening skills. She told me to go around to tell the window so that theycan give me my money back and she was not helpful at all. I went to the window to have my order corrected and they were out ofvegan chicken so I grabbed the vegan picadillo instead. They asked me to wait around the back of the restaurants and I spentabout 15 minutes waiting in the car when I finally decided to go inside the store and I reported this event to customer service.I asked for the manager and they did not talk to me. They just gave me my order after waiting about another 2 to 5 minutes.There's no professionalism or work ethics at this Pollo Tropical. The one on Bird road is much better. Very disappointed. Order was incomplete after waiting 10 minutes. Tried to contact store after arriving home and I hung up after... holding for 20 minutes. Tried to call customer service and hung up after holding another 20 minutes. 3 out of last 5 times I goto Pollo Tropical kendall my order is incomplete. Shame on me for going back. Disappointed to the maximum ! My workplace ordered more than 100 ( hundred ) lunch for a celebration and chicken was not even... lukewarm and black beans was so watery that really looks more like a soup. How hard is to make black beans? A big order is notthat easy, but management should have scheduled appropriately its employees to give a better service. TERRIBLE !!! This company spend millions in advertising the Pineapple Salsa just to serve this ridiculous dish. One has to... guess where the salsa is,, two pieces of canned pineapple does not make a salsa!!! Service is slow, unkind and deficient. Neveragain. I believe in giving places chances but this pollo tropical keeps becoming worse - they consistently mess up orders, missing food... items, food looks like something from a cheap buffet place looks nothing like advertised. Portions are ridiculously small butmore expensive! McDonald?s food looks better! Staff is disorganized and rude.
