Don't order for pick up at this restaurant. My 3pm order that was placed at 2:45p was Not ready when I walked up at 3:25p. Then... manager Gloriom Torres, decided to ignore me while I asked if they even started the order... Just choose another restaurant. Read more

I know if it's the neighborhood or the fact that it is completely understaffed. But yes I had a horrible time at this pollo... tropical. The lady passing out the food does not speak any English how convenient. Had to ask several times just for a refill, Line was extremely long Drive-through as well, My favorite part was when I ordered a family meal and I asked for 3 platesBecause I didn't get them the employees 1st response is there are no plates here. There are always issues here. A long line, incorrect orders, upset customers. The drive thru line wrapped all around the... building. Inside was only a bit shorter. Three people complained before me. I didn't have an order problem this time but it hashappened before. I only go there when absolutely necessary. Read more
