Loved the chicken, properly cooked. The Cesar salad I prefer since I don?t like black beans. Pollo should offer options like red... beans/garbanzos/green beans/ etc not everyone eats black beans. Also, I don?t like Cesar salad. I do like the salad but with?thousand island? dressing. But I understand it is not a local decision of the local manager to say what goes in the menu; it isCorporate, or as some people call them ?bean counters?. Give us some Colorado beans and more salad dressings besides Cesar?s.Thanks to everyone for a good job. And, please, fix the urinal in the bathroom, would ya? I go to several pollo tropicals throughout Miami. Especially the one located on Biscayne and 36st, they never disappoint. But... this one is the worst. Every time I go here there's always an issue. From not having chicken to it begin undercooked or overcooked, bad service, bad management, missing parts of my orders. This pollo tropical is a complete mess. Don?t know if this establishment was sold to other management/owner, but everything is changing for the worse. They no longer... carry ?Pico de Gallo Sauce,? raw onions, or customer service for that matter. The prices have risen so much in fast food thatyour likely to get better food and service with a regular restaurant to go. Fast food is becoming a lot more expensive, and inaddition they are doing away with their basic selling points. It may be different in other locations, but the Manager heredidn?t seem concerned? The service at this place was terrible. While dining with my family, several customers were turned away because an employee at... the register was going on ?break?. It was approximately 7:45 pm and a customer that was waiting in line was told by a youngwoman that came out from the back, ?she (the employee at the register)cannot take your order because she is going on break?. Thegentlemen told her, ?your doors are open and you do not have any signs stating otherwise?. She proceeds to tell him, ?you camein through the exit I saw you through the camera in the back?. The supposed entrance door was blocked with the garbage. Mind younone of the doors had any markings on the door stating they were entrances or exits. I witnessed approximately 20 customers getturned away. I hope the owner to this store knows what the supervisor/manager is doing to their business. Read more

I think this would be my last time ordering from Pollo Tropical. My order always comes out messed up. Today?s example: I ordered... a Chicken Cuban Sandwich; what I received? Chicken breast with white rice and black beans. I?m sorry, the food is delicious butthere?s no point if the order is incorrect. Read more
This place actually surprised me? I was not expecting the food to be as good as the layout of this location. Do not let an... outward appearance deceive you! The food was really really delicious and big portions for a good price! My only complaint herewas the amount of time we waited for our food? We probably waited anywhere from 25 to 30 minutes for food! But I was just gladto see people they?re making food! It was still on shower at so they were fairly busy! We got a few different items there but Iwill say that the food, especially the chicken, was very flavorful and delicious! Read more
I ordered a family meal and one tropichop. I only received the chicken and tropichop. The chicken was only breast which i did... not ordered and i was missing the three side orders, yuca frita and the sauces. I called and told them what happened. The ladyon the phone(customer service dept) was very nice. I think she is used to people calling complaining. I told her my husbandwould go and pick up the rest of the order which they blame the Uber driver for not picking up the order. When my husband gotthere no one was attending the counter. After waiting for a long time a lady comes out (she was on break)and she was super rudeand with an attitude. Imagine bad service when it was there fault. I would NEVER again order from there. 1st time i give a badreview for horrible service. Read more
