Hope management improves the store. Every time i order through the app the food is never ready at the time it says it will be.... They seem to prioritize Uber orders. 5th time coming back here and the chicken is so salty. Read more
Not a good experience at this particular Pollo Tropical. Go to a different one! Chicken piece was tiny and they forgot to give... me the black beans that came with my order. Second time to eat here and the first time wasn't much better. I do enjoy PolloTropical, just not this one. Read more
It has been my 4th time at this Store and the chicken I ordered has never been well cook beside I have told them well done and... burned.. I could see the management is poor and no work Ethics from employees..The new Ceviche is horrible no fish only 3shrimps and not well steamed sweet potatoes and corn.. very hard and no lemon?upper management should do random inspectionsbecause overall Pollo Tropi has loosen quality and customer service? in almost all of their stores..!!!!! I went on Saturday afternoon and there was chicken on the grill and they told me there was no chicken! I thought the cashier was... joking with me. I saw there was a party of like 20 people sitting in a table. I worked in the restaurant industry for 15 yearsthis in unacceptable! It goes from upper management! This pollo tropical used to be good now it's horrible. The previous time Iwent I had to wait 30 minutes to get my food. If I can give this a negative 0 review I would. On other ocassions what they havedone is leave the door open and then tell you that you need to to go through the drive through. What about for people that don'tdrive? Save your time and money! Okayish, but not recommended. It used to have a very friendly and nice staff but the attention was very cold and dry, and the... restaurant wasn't very crowded to expect the staff to be in a hurry and stressed. I also had high expectations, from my previousvisits and memories of a tasty, juicy, decently sized chicken pieces, with the lemon-ish taste... Not anymore. Small pieces, notvery tasty, and not even warm-ish for a place with very few customers. The only "good thing" was that the price - of the meal-was reasonable, cheaper than other restaurants; but the price of the "fountain drink" was very expensive - 2.59, and norefill.
