At first I selected "I liked it" but then I remembered a detail that was quite shocking. We ordered the family meal, because it... is cheaper than buying two separate individual meals, he got the yellow rice and asked for a salad. The salad was sad. They screwed up the drive-through order, by leaving one dessert out of the order, then when I got home, discovered that not only... did they leave that item out, but did not give me the two other desserts I had already paid for. Drove back to Pollo Tropical,explained their multiple errors, and politely asked to see the manager. They went to ask, but I was told that manager Karen saidshe was too busy to come out and talk with me. Asked another employee again, but the answer from Karen the manager was thesame... too busy to talk to customers. I was at this place for a couple of wraps and 4 leches, it was 8:33 pm, while it is supposed to open until 10 pm, there was no... chicken and kitchen was cold and clean. There should be all menu ready until closing time. Read more

Now Pollo Tropical has always been my favorite place to eat rice and beans and so far they have not disappointed me ever since.... But now this meal took it to another level of great food. The Guac Tropi-Chop has to be the best tropichop they have so far. Ithas chicken or steak and guacamole all over the rice and beans. You have to try it with a guava Tropi-Chiller which was alsogreat. I ordered 2 trio meals that supposed to have sausage, chicken and pork. Both meals came with NO PORK. One meal had a burned... chicken and burned sausage. The other one had undercooked chicken that tasted raw. The WORST POLLO TROPICAL EVER Read more
Food was decent no complaint there. But the drive through line took a very long time. I asked about their fire personnel... discount grant it it?s 7:44pm and they declined it saying ?only in uniform? . I guess the manager doesn?t know there?s civilianfire personnel.
