Super quick service. The food is great as always. Tables were available when I was there around 1PM.
Employees in this location suck. They messed up my order after i had to pay for extra toppings on my bowl that i didn?t receive.... Please have your employees actually read the order correctly so they can do a better job. Unacceptable! Read more
Review & Grievance ;;;;;;; Love Pollo Tropical , Eat at different ones every day. Moreover , Tonight , order # 215 , drive thru... ( Oder # 208415 , 9-20-22 , 7:20 pm .First off , I didn?t get Service with A Smile ? Wasn?t greeted ? I then respectfully askedthe drive through for hot Sauce , instead I was hostilely given Bar b Que sauce leaking ? ? I do realize that there are a lot ofdisgruntled employees at Pollo Tropical ? is it pay ? No genuine work ethic ? This Pollo Tropical should be called the Pollo Tropical Left Over. If you go here past 7pm all you get are left overs. They... don't have yellow rice, they don't have the sauces , they don't have the extra toppings. The chubby chick is slow as hell. Theother employees look lost. I think they are trying give you that sort of third world tropical island feeling where there isnothing left. It's almost like Cuba. Read more
Beware do not go to this Pollo Tropical. Horrible experience. The people that work there are beyond rude. The wait is incredibly... long they do not care. On top of that the try to overcharge you and come up with the worst excuses trying to cover up the factthey try to scams and steal from their customers. I ordered the Family Meal with white rice and black beans which on the menusays $15.99 the drive thru guy then tells me it?s $21. I asked why if the menu says $15.99 he proceeded to tell me that?s aspecial only before 4. I re-read the menu and noticed it didn?t say anything like that. So i asked to speak to the manager whichat this restaurant is worse. The manager Ailen changes the story and tells me the $15.99 is a weekend special. So i show herthe picture of the restaurant menu ( glad I took it before leaving the order speaker) that show the price and she keeps tellingme it?s a weekend special. Clearly the menu doesn?t say that it. So at this point I?m so upset I tell her if they want lie theyhave to change the menu as it?s false advertising. I ask for her restaurant information and her name and it?s not until thispoint she says she will do me the favor and give me the price it says on the menu . It's horrible to visit this pollo tropical , after 8:00 pm, you have to wait up to 1 hour with less than 6 cars. They don't... take the order, and it makes you wait, to keep the timer on the computer, but they take a long time and it seems like themanagers don't check the cameras either, because 1 hour delays are too much to wait, poor experience ever and raw chicken too,this just happened at night. When I arrive at the place, a worker tells me when I am going to order to do it online or to go to the drive thru.
