Customer Service is terrible! I had placed orders online for pickup and they were not in the mobile pickup area they have setup,... they promote it as ?skip the line, order online? but it was not being the case on either times, and when I asked the people onfront, this Brazilian lady starts yelling that if my order is not in the computer then is not here, and after finally talkingwith the manager and showing her my order number, they start putting together my food and the Brazilian lady again took hersweet time (probably in purpose) to close the bag pasting stickers all over for nothing! The service of this pollo tropical has deteriorated. We went through the drive and ordered the pork only to get told in the... window that there was no pork. Then we go inside and the cashier takes our order and never asked if it was to eat in or to go.They had a mess with uber orders and when they got to our food we told them it was to go and they continued to prepare as it wasto dine in. There were a couple of guests that left very ???? with service. They need to improve their customer service at thislocation. Read more

Cant recommend a place where I had to get rid of the food. Beans tasted like canned beans, rice didn't have salt or taste at... all. I WONT COME BACK, THAT'S FOR SURE. Read more

For the price in fast food very nutritious and proportional,extremely healthy. Most times it's served fast unless a customer... delays the line but Management and staff for the most part 90% plus of the time always get it right. Keep up the good job andalways trying and striving for excellence that's all we can ask for from a fast food or any establishment. Great job Read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would, every single time I've ordered from there the food is never ready at the time of the pick up,... a couple of weeks ago we order food for our company lunch and went to pick it up at the pick up time and they told us it wasn'tready, they told us that they don't make big orders until they come to pick them up just incase they don't come, which Iunderstand that they don?t want to waste food but it defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead of time, because of that someof our team member were not able to have lunch until later in the shift. And today again we ordered for our team and when wewent to pick it they told us it wont be ready at the pick up time, they told us it would be ready two hours later, even thoughwe ordered in advance, and when our manager was asking why they gave him attitude and told him that it wasn't their issue. Worst service and food ever experience in any Pollo Tropical branch. We went to the drive-thru and we have to wait over 15... minutes at the parking lot for just 2 tropishos. After the 15 minutes the came out with the food but with no table ware, andmissing part of the order. The good was the worst ever. Missing ingredients, no sauce, just a disaster. Read more

I went to this restaurant, finalized my order and then they say only drive through or online. They didn?t help me out by taking... my order instead insisted on getting the car around.
