Easy access and quick service. Food was as expected - hot and freshly cooked. Good bang for your buck.
I ordered the family tropic chop online . First , they told me that the order was going to be ready 3 hours after I placed the... order. I called several times to the store but nobody answered the phone. I went to the place to check the status of my order .When I got there , my order was ready, but everything was served in plates . All the plates had all the food mix . I explain thesupervisor there that I ask for the Family tropic chop , that everything comes separate in diferentes trays . He told me that?sthe way they do it , and that is it. My kids didn?t eat the food , because since they mix everything, some people doesn?t eatveggies . I order before for other Pollo Tropical and never received the food like that. The website shows the Tropic Chop withthe diferentes trays. Very disappointed! There's a girl at the driver window that is not friendly at all. An attitude ordering through the speaker and an attitude... getting the order. I asked for some extra sauces and immediately got into a altercation with the girl in the drive thru window.She was acting like I wanted sauce from her personal stash. Food was decent, but very disappointed with the service. Neverreturning to this location again. And to top it off. This is a walk up location with no interior dine in. They have two small tables on the side and that?s it. There is a drive thru... and the service seems to be focused more on that so walk-up orders are quite slow. The menu is hidden inside which makes it hardto see while waiting in line to order. Because it is an express location the salsa bar and some menu items are not available. Read more
