Worst experience. Placed an order 2 hours ago for pickup and wasn't ready. The customer service was not friendly even though was... their mistake, you can try another branch for a true and great pollo tropical experience, I'm a regular customer and I've beenin almost every branch in Miami and this is by far the worst experience of all, last time that I buy from here. I paid close to $20 for this meal with a flan. Second time this happens to me in this particular location. Both chicken were... burnt and hard edges, making chicken super dry.. and let?s mention the rice portion.. I?ve ordered kids meal that came with morerice than this. I am extremely disappointed in the service and quality at this location lately. I have lived in the area and frequented this... location for years and over the last year the service has been drastically getting worse. The place seems to be overrun byteenagers. All they want to do is chat and mess around to the point that they are not even paying attention when taking ordersor making food. I would like to know where their supervisors are or if it is just a teenaged run restaurant now. I have gottenthe wrong meals or have been charged for the wrong things multiple times already. I can not stress this enough CHECK YOURRECEIPTS! They have charged me before for things such as double chicken or a large instead of a small and not given it to me.The teenagers they have outside with tablets taking orders are rude and you can tell they don't want to be there. Good luck ifyou have a question or aren't a frequent guest and don't know the menu because they aren't going to help you very much. Thegirls at the register when you pay are so busy talking that they don't even listen to you when you ask them a question. It takesmultiple times to get their attention.
