If you're anything like me & sick of the barely satisfying human kibble of a breakfast called "cereal", then come here. Their... smoothie bowl + the nut trail + clumped oats is exactly what I was looking to fill me up without agitating my stomach fromoverly sugared corn puffs & jumpstart the day with something refreshing, refilling, & inherently energizing with its organics +superfood ingredients + with caffeine, not including getting these "blasts' scoops with multivitamins & other many options. I had a horrible service from a lady who had twenty minutes standing me and my... partner because she started talking to customers who had already ordered, instead to do her job and she never took care of us. Terrible customer service, I accidentally made an order to their location. I called within 2 minutes time to cancel my order... and the lady on the phone had no idea what to do or how to cancel the order and promised that the manager would call me. Daylater, no call, I call back to a horribly rude man which I assume is the manager/owner as I see from other previous reviews. Heexpects you to speak Spanish and then told me he will not refund me since ?they made the shakes?. I can see from other reviewsthis location proves its poor customer service all on its own. I had never walked into a Planet Smoothie until today. A gentleman by the name of Jesus greeted me as soon as I walked in and he... was very professional, knowledgeable and had excellent customer service overall. I ordered the Strawberry Colada and it'sdelicious. He even offered if I wanted to make it a little thicker with ice. I will definitely be back to this location to try adifferent flavor! Read more
