My family and I have been ordering from pizza hut since the early 80s, but we started ordering from this particular location... since the 90's. Unfortunately, as of lately, there's a young lady by the name of "JOVANNA " who happens to be one of themanagers, and let me tell you, she will bring any customer down with her very disgusting attitude. She answers the phone asthough she doesn't even want to be there. This young lady seems to be very argumentative with customers when an error about anorder is brought to her attention and she seems to find it difficult to accept responsibility WITHOUT making a snide remark.There was an issue with the wings that my mother ordered a few weeks back, and while my mom tried explaining to Miss "jovanna"how her wings are normally prepared by request from her order history, this young lady starts debating with my mother about howthey don't do requests for how wings are cooked when we've been making the same requests for years before she even arrived thereas manager. Jovanna went on to be even nastier by rudely asking my mother over the phone, "are you going to let me finishtalking, or what??" She spoke to her as though she was going toe to toe with an enemy on the street. Yesterday, I had "thepleasure" of encountering the same behavior after I paid for a nearly $30 pizza that was missing items. Miss jovanna was soadamant & confident that her bad attitude that added insult to injury would be overlooked that she PUSHED for me to contactcorporate. It was almost as tho she was challenging me, but little does she know that when I'm treated that badly as though youdon't need that job, I am relentless when it comes to going thru multiple channels to speak to the right individuals where shewill feel as tho she wished she pursued a college degree and never had to step foot in a pizza hut for a paycheck. This is a review strictly for Maria. I ordered a pizza online and it was ready right when I got to the store Even though she was... the only employee working. She was attending calls customers at the registers and making pizzas alone and with a smile on herface! Big kudos to Maria and shame on Pizza Hut for allowing this. Read more

The pizza was so greasy that the crust was soggy. When I called the store, they said it was from the pepperoni. Pepperoni was... only on half of it. The cheese half was just as greasy and soggy. Also, I got a text at 6:14 that my order was out for deliverywith 6:28 as the ETA. It was delivered at 6:55. Maybe that?s why the grease had time to soak through the crust. Read more

Placed an online order said it would be delivered in 25 to 35 minutes did not show up until an hour and 12 minutes after we... ordered.. After 45 minutes we called the store sat on hold for 22 minutes before the pizza was finally delivered at the door noone ever answered the phone at Pizza Hut. The pizza was bland barely had any cheese the crust was super thin and the pizza wascold. Read more

Only two employees seemed to be working (hard) while the others stood around joking with each other -- meanwhile curbside... pick-up -- waited too long. My husband finally had to go in to get it. Also, the pizza itself was not up to proper standard. Thecrust was good, but the toppings hardly covered the pizza, in fact, on one section had nothing at all. We usually order from this place because it?s nearby and have no problems but after tonight we just received terrible service... and I rather order from another Pizza Hut further away. This afternoon we order online for delivery as usual and when wereceived our order one of the pizzas was wrong. We were patient because we understand it happens and people make mistakes. So wecalled them back and it took them about 10-15 minutes to answer the phone, understandable. It?s Friday night and we?re sure theywere very busy. Jeff answered and said we would received the correct pizza in 30-45 minutes, fine. After someone called mybrother back not sure if it was Jeff or someone else saying that we would need to return the pizza that was incorrect back inorder to receive the correct order. ?Make sure you don?t eat the pizza because we?ll need it back? I?m not sure if that?s PizzaHut?s policy or not but either way it?s terrible customer service and rude it had me fuming. When they came back to deliver theorder I was going to ask why they needed the pizza back but they sent someone that couldn?t communicate with us so he leftwithout it and seemed confused. So I still have no idea why they asked for the pizza back? Asking for the pizza back is justawful customer service and we really could?ve requested something free in return but didn?t. Please correct these issues andmisunderstandings for future customers, especially regulars like us. Not even going to discuss the actual order which was adisappointment as well. Read more
