Completely gave me the wrong order an when you call it goes to a call center to redirect you an then the main store never... answers so you can?t get a refund unless you go thru hell on the app to do so. Disappointed!!! This is how my pizza was delivered to me.
Rude, arrogant restaurant filled with liars. Ordered a pizza and was informed it would take 25-35 minutes. After 90 minutes I... attempted to call this store to their phone number but was put on answering machine six times in a row. Finally, someoneordered and told me my order was on the way, but didn't even know which order I was referring too. Then he started tocontradict himself with every statement. Now after two hours I am still waiting for my order. Unbelievable. I am contactingmy credit card company and having the charges reversed. Don't order from these fraudsters! Read more
Wow!! I am so upset and frustrated, I placed an order and 2 hours later 20 calls after and nothing , I had to drive to the store... and I thought in my way there " calm down is Sunday and they must be super busy , it happens " surprise???? no body waiting forpizza , the employee was nice and apologized but I was super jumpy she told me pizza was sent it almost 2 hours ago , of courseI requested a full refund , when I got home , I met the driver who told me he just received the pizza a couple minutes ago( lie)and it was not his fault, I told him him mine neither. I am a huge fan of Dominos Pizza. But I heard that Pizza Hut launched their Beyond meat Pizza and I tried it. Yayy, that pizza... worth 5 stars. Just I would see that Pizza Hut has more veggie topping options. Read more
