I enjoy a pizza from Pizza Hut once in a while. When I order online for pickup, they usually get the order right. This time... however, they totally forgot the chicken on the one topping medium pizza (see the order receipt and see the pizza). Maybe withthe discount special, you get half off and no toppings. They really have to pay attention to the quality control and check theorder. The customer service used to be much better. They used to ask if I needed any plates, napkins and even grated Parmesancheese and red peppers. You now have to buy the Parmesan cheese. It's just not the same anymore... Read more
BUYER BEWARE!! This Pizza hut has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, don't order from... here. POSITIVE: The part of my order I received was okay, although it was cold, and it was delivered on time. These are the onlypositive things I can say. NEGATIVE: Part of my order was missing, because this store choose to use door dash for my order eventhough I ordered direct. Because part of my order was missing, I proceeded to call them to let them know I'd like it fixed; theythen proceeded to answer and hang up on me 9 times almost in what I consider to be a mocking fashion, and I wasn't able to getmy items or a refund for them. Suffice it to say I've put in a complaint with pizza hut corporate, and will not be ordering fromthis location again. Read more

This place is FRAUDULENT!! My husband place an order on line, was never delivered, we call the store and the manager was very... rude and very unprofessional, she did not help us. The next day we called and she didn't want to get on the phone to speak tous, instead she had a guy that just had started to work there 4 days before that day. She told the guy to tell us that she wasgoing to refund our money, never did. THIS IS CALL STEALING. I hope corporate get this problem solve. Pizza app says it was on the way and its been an hour and a half and no pizza...next time I'll order from. Papa johns...this is... very unacceptable...DO Not order from this store on 146 s.w. 104th the service is horrible...manager even hung up on me when Icomplained even after my order never came...I should have read all the reviews because everything others say is all true...badservice, rude and the manager is useless and barely even speaks English so communicating was horrible... I watched my delivery driver write in a tip for herself on a contactless delivery. Called store to confirm. They called me back... and asked if I wrote in a $3 tip, I did not. Unbelievable. She should be fired. Lord knows how many people she has done this to. Read more

I had the worst experience tonight. I placed a delivery order at 7:45 pm, right now it is 11:35 pm and they have not delivered... my order. The call center is helpless, they only take orders, transfer calls to the store and hang up on you. I have been tryingto get to talk to someone at this store to request my money back, but the call center has placed me on hold twice for over anhour and no one responds. This is beyond frustrating, I am left with no other alternative, but to dispute the charges with mybank and never ever again order Pizza Hut. Good luck. Read more

I said can someone speak English and she hung up without saying anything and again when I called the lady was super rude and youknow what. The driver didn?t get to the house until 12:21pm and we watched through the window waiting for her to walk to the door. Insteadshe SAT IN HER car drinking her coffee. Relaxing.
