Ordered pick up. Extra Cheese large regular. I got Charged $8 for extra cheese and received less cheese then a regular cheese... pizza I've ever ordered anywhere. The complete order for 1 lg.pizza, cinnamon rolls,and garlic rolls I ordered was $31 andchange plus tip $35. Didn't get the extra cheese nor the garlic bread. The gave me 4 pieces of bread which seemed to be toppedwith cheese. Honestly I couldn't tell exactly what it was. Horrible and expensive. For Pizza Hut that is. Read more

I ordered this online for carry out, in all three pizzas i asked for extra cheese which is $2.25 extra per pizza, the store... completely ignored the extra cheese request and robbed my money. Went to pick up the pizzas and I told the employee in chargeabout my concern, and he offered to do the pizzas again in 25 mins since there were several orders ahead of me, did not offer mea discount, did not offer me apologies, totally unprofessional and disregard for what they had done to me. This had neverhappened to me before at this pizza store and I feel like ot is done on purpose so the store can save on cheese supplies and themanager makes more money. Read more
The workers are BEYOND sweet, friendly, clean, and happy. They are the sole reason I only order from pizza hut besides my... husbands everlasting love of stuffed crust. Elyse, Lailani, and Cristy always reply to the motivational notes I write in thespecial instructions and today they wrote back that they appreciate us!!!! As you can see, this mom takes full advantage ofdinner being delivered in a box once a week lol. Always gotten love back and to me, that is why youll always have mybusiness. Ordered online @ 12:45 p.m. follow up with a call to store to remind them: address is correct but wrong on the GPS(its google... thing, I complained again) opting ?NO contact? @ 13:31 my text said ?out for delivery? minutes later I see him drive by-he gotit wrong. I called the store and the driver said I shouldn?t have asked for ?No Contact?. I went to the store & complained thencanceled order-very unhappy-drove to another hut. The quality of chain restaurants has diminished significantly. The regular meat lovers is ok when you are in a pinch. We ordered... a Detroit pizza and it was horrible. The sauce was too sweet and ingredients not fresh. Again, it's pizza hut. One thing is thatthis location is on time, clean, and the staff is efficient and friendly. Read more
