Horrible customer service, they had a nasty attitude and very disrespectful. I understand Spanish they probably thought I didn?t... because I?m black. My first time going there I purchase one guava pastry one coconut and 1 red velvet cake. I ate them in my carin front of the store and it tasted nice and I decided to go get 2 more guava pastry and a philly steak they did not startmaking the philly steak yet my card would not work afterwards so I said I?ll just get the 2 guavas. But they all had a nastyattitude and would not ring up the 2 guavas and went on to serve another customer when I literally stood there waiting for the 2guavas. I?ve never experienced such nasty attitude. In the end I just paid for the guavas and left. If I could give 0 starsthat?s what they?d get. I will not be coming here ever again and I would not recommend. Read more

Horrible attitude. It was my first time walking into this bakery. I waited in what I thought was a line to order and heard... numbers being called out. One of the employees looked at me and shouted ?whats your number??. I told her ?I don?t have one, Ihaven?t ordered?. She gave me attitude as she told me I needed to grab a number from behind me to order. I was shocked at herattitude but said ?no problem? and took a number. She proceeded to ask what my number was so I said 86. She went on to give memore attitude, speaking loudly and waving her hands as she walked towards the register and said ?well I?ve been calling thatnumber for a while now?. I looked at her and said ?ma?am I just got this number?. She continued to be rude towards me so I wentto the counter put my number on the countertop and told her ?because of your attitude, don?t worry here?s your number, have agood day? and walked out. She made a mocking face towards me and said some inaudible things as I walked away. I was not willingto tolerate anymore of her rudeness and attitude. It?s very unfortunate that employees like her, who lack customer service andare incapable of controlling their attitude, set the tone for a bad experience and deter people from ever returning to a placeof business. Terrible experience i go to get breakfast they charged me an extra breakfast and then i show them the receipt and they didnt... want to give me refund so i had to wait for more than half an hour so they can learn how to do it terrible terrible and theysaid they keep charging customers like that so theyve just been stealing from customers?.i guess theyre lack of knowing how touse the point of sales systems makes it ok to steal Read more

This restaurant is definitely trying to KILL people, checkout the raw bacon they send on their sandwiches. Disgusting!!!

The servers were so kind, even though I positively butchered the Spanish words. The guava pastries are the bomb, crispy, flakes... and buttery just like they should be! Wonderful rich cafe con leche and colada go with the pastries perfectly! Read more
