I love going to this bakery! They are always polite and serve you quickly. If you order something that is been seating there... for a while they offer to make you some fresh ones like croquets or empanadas camaguellanas. Read more

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had with a manager! She'd rather tell me I was wrong than face the fact that they are... actively taking advantage of social distancing, I hope she doesn't yell at people in person. Quality of food has dropped so farand been so inconsistent. Don't order here: You won't know if you'll get your food (Frequently misses food) You won't know ifyou'll get what you ordered (Frequently send the wrong food) You won't know if the food you get is edible (Quality has droppedbeyond what is acceptable) And instead of getting an apology, I get yelled at for daring to bring up an issue. That they workhard, which I'm sure they do; but that doesn't mean it's coming through and showing in the food. A manager that rather yell thantalk, is one that is clearly trying to make up/hide for the problems their location has. This is coming from someone who hasbeen ordering here weekly for years. They are far from what they used to be, disregard any review older than the last couple ofmonths. Read more
