Nastiest experience ever the front cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful and had grabbed my order of fried cheese with... his bare hand and once I confronted him about it he said ?well sorry? and shrugged it off. If I could give zero stars I would? they wanted to deny service to myself with my service dog AFTER paying for the order. A bill... of $120 for a large family and after the fact they said they would only give us the food because we already paid but next timewe would be denied service. Even another customer tried to back me up and regardless the manager was reluctant to understand andwe eventually found out that a staff member had a dog allergy. First time my family has eaten Pincho factory and it was the worst tasting food we have had in a long time. The "award" winning... burger looked and tasted like a burger from miami dade county schools. Everything was cold. If you're looking a good cold Pepsiit's definitely the place to go. I use to hear very good things about this location and since they closed Lime next door my family and I decided to try it out?... big mistake? the tables are all sticky, the whole dining smells like dirty mop water, and even the condiment packets weresticky? the burgers were extremely salty, aside from the salt there wasn?t much flavor, and my wife got a Latin bowl that was90% rice and no flavor?. Let me start by saying that we used to love this place but today we didn't have the best experience. There was only another... customer dining in when we arrived, and I know that times have changed and online ordering is the new thing but if you'reoffering dine in, tables needs to be clean. We tried 3 different tables and all were dirty and sticky. Moving on we received ourfood we order a pincho salad and a vaca bowl. Instead of the pincho salad we received a poncho platter with no salad and the thevaca bowl was cold, a lot of rice but very little beans and the vaca frita was cold with not much flavor, a little grilledonions would have come a long way. Also the casa bowl comes with cilantro sauce that I also didn't received.We order 2 bottle ofwater one was cold and the other one was hot, yes no cup of ice... With all the options out there it's a shame that they haveforgot the importance of quality and good service to create a great experience to their customers. First time here, I've been wondering about this place. We ordered the Tostone Burger and the Vaca Frita Rice Bowl. The burger... was flavorful, served medium, and very messy. The Vaca Frita bowl was amazing. It came with chopped maduros, tomatoes, blackbeans, and flavorful jasmine rice. Both were served with cilantro aioli. I'll be back. Read more
Amazing burgers. Flavorful, juicy, cooked to perfection. The potato sticks on top give it a little bit of a crunch. The sweet... potato tots with apple butter are a treat. I personally, would skip the French fries unless you get some pincho sauce to dipthem in. They also do a military discount which is always a ??. Read more
