First time trying PDQ. Came in for dinner with my kids and we had a great experience. Good portion size for the meals and those... cookies are the best!! The service was quick, the staff was friendly and I believe the managers name is Kris. He was veryhelpful and kind. we will be back with the rest of the family. Read more
Extremely disappointed with myself after giving this PDQ a third try today. After going there two other time in the past and... being disappointed, I should have just gave up on this place. The line is always long and the fries are always old and cold.The employees that work inside this place must cook everything early and serve it to their customers throughout the day after ithas been sitting there all day. I swear they never have fresh food in this place. You would think being a new restaurant in thearea the food would be better. Maybe the owner of this place should stop by from time to time to see what the employees aredoing in this place, because they can?t be cooking fresh food, the fries are hard and cold and just to warm them up they dropthem in the grease twice! Spent 20 minutes in the drive through this afternoon for no reason as the store was not busy at all. My order was wrong, luckily... the girl corrected it at the window at no charge. Not sure what is wrong with their soda machine but for the past 2 weeks, thediet soda has absolutely no taste. Almost as if it?s missing the syrup aspect. Strangest thing I have ever tasted! New Review: I went back today to give a shot at redemption and it was fast and easy and I beat the lunch rush. I don't like to... leave bad reviews. the previous experience was really bad, but the staff was working noticeably hard to attempt to keep pace. Ifell to the wayside. Chicken is good. We ate there first, then we order regular chicken tenders to go but they gave me the spicy chicken tender... didn?t realize until I got home.
