Horrible customer service is the best way to describe this bakery. Not the first time I go and the workers turn around to help... someone behind me. All I got were some of the trays that are ready and when I asked the rude lady if she could charge me, shesaid no, and called someone else to take my payment. I called the bakery to speak to the manager after leaving but noone everanswer. Go to the one on bird road instead, people are much nicer. Read more

HORRIBLE customer service. The staff, especially one named ?Hilda? doesn?t know the first thing about customer service. They... have absolutely no respect for their customers at all and think they they can talk to people however they please. The food isdelicious, but the lack of respect doesn?t make the food worth it. Love the feel in this place. We are actually at the store on 15726 in Kendal and the staff is so nice. Thank you Diana y Yileam... (i?m not sure if i spelled that ???? but I loved them both) The best part is when we saw the verse Philippians 4:13 on the wall.What a refreshing to know there is a place where you can go as a Christian and see Gods word placed where all can see. Party Cake Bakery is a great Cuban bakery chain in Miami. There are locations throughout the Kendall area. This is a great spot... to pick up breakfast, Cuban coffee, pastelitos, and other Cuban pasteries. One of the unique things is they have a low limitthat you can pay for items with card. Typically, Cuban bakeries in Miami have a $5 limit, which is well under the cost of Cubancoffee and an accompanying pastry. Party Cake gives you great food, great prices, and a way to enjoy.
