The employees are super friendly but with limited English. The pastries and sandwiches are good, very flavorful. Coffee is very... good, a little too sweet for my taste. For the last 4 months I have been having breakfast at this bakery 1 day every weekend. Quality has been exceptional. Customer... care too for the most part. It?s become kind of a staple of this place to never have paper towels at the restroom, but I haven?tgiven that much thought because food was delicious. However, today I couldn?t cope anymore when I found that there was no handsoap either. And it?s only 10am! Apparently they also silently reduced the amount of coffee they serve to half of what used tobe just a week before, which frankly almost earned them 1 star in this review. Read more
Good people!! Nice hot omellette sandwich with fresh orange juice. Had a good time. Had some difficulty conversing since all... staff spoke Spanish but they did accomodate me and what I wanted. I thought of buying their cakes/pastries later but didn't knowthey close at 5PM. Read more
Stopped into this little bakery for some breakfast as we explored and was pleasantly surprised. At that point we had not tried a... Cuban sandwich or a Cuban coffee. We knew we wanted to try all the things and immerse ourselves with new flavors. There was alanguage barrier but the young woman had wonderful customer service and did a great job explaining as best as she could andanswering our questions about all the things. The croissant sandwich was great, the Cuban sandwich was awesome and the coffeewas even better! I don?t think I?ll ever be able to have a sip of that bitter Starbucks coffee because it won?t stand up to whatwe had here. Dropped in to get a cuban coffee and coco pastry. Both were delicious and fresh (and hot). Staff was super friendly.
This bakery was fantastic! I had them bake an Encanto theme cake in the shape of a 5 for my daughter?s birthday. There was a... little mix up in the time the cake needed to be ready. The bakery went out of their way to make sure it arrived to the party ontime. Mistakes can always happen. It?s the best companies that fix them with ease and grace. And the cake was not onlybeautiful, but delicious too! I?ll be back to order for my next party. Read more
