ordered from this location. got a call saying they were going to cancel the order because my location was ?too far?, the order... was not cancelled in the system and showed as delivered. i inquired to customer service about the refund and they said to callthe store because it wasnt cancelled. so now im thinking they just found a reason to keep my money. so i attempt to call &mid-conversation im placed on hold for 20+ minutes with no pickup. this issue happened last night and still not resolved. I have heard ringing phones for over 45 minutes. They will never answer their stupid phone. They did not answer when I tried to... make the order, so I ordered online and they also won't pick up the phone when I call them to ask why they haven't dropped offmy already paid pizza at the door after 3 hours. Absolute the worst place to order pizza. I premade/paid for an order a full 24 hours in advance they are over 30 minutes late... with the delivery. They never answer the phone. I usually never have any issues ordering pizza from this location. When using on my phone the order is on time and ready to go.... My only complaint is the parking, because I usually do pick up instead of delivery. Read more
They gave me 6 wings instead of 8 and they didn?t cut my pizza. Also this is the third time that the cross does not come with... the parmesan garlic crust you paid for. Read more
Well, yeah delivery is a issue but the food is good. The size of it, toppings and price. Yes, it's your typical first class... Italian pizza but it does the job. At the moment pick up recommended try it delivery in a month or so. Read more
Horrible service. Sent me the wrong order then the manager argued with me about the refund. Said he would only refund if they... sent the driver back for it and I agreed. The driver never came back. When I called one hour later he lied and said the driverreturned but a woman said it was ok we would keep the order. I live alone! Instead of apologizing and immediately issuing arefund he argued again and said he would send another driver back now two hours after I ordered despite me telling him I have toleave my house and then hung up on me. The absolute worst service imaginable. Never ever order from this trash restaurant. Read more
