It was my first bad experience at Papa Jones, not only did they take the order wrong but they tried to make you believe that it... was your fault and not theirs. nothing professional that lady who must have been the boss of that shift 01/05/2022 7:30 pm. But I never shop there. Read more
They really pay attention at least with my order. Good timming.. pizza is always nice and warm still...
The order was 43 minutes late. It was the wrong order. The driver put the greesey pizza on my Lexus. We called the manager... and they argued with us for 15 minutes because we could not tell them every single topping that was found on the wronglydelivered pizza. Then they basically said "Oh well". I always buy papa johns because it is delicious but it is super unpleasant to go to pick up the order for example today a lady... attended us we asked for the red flakes and she yelled at us and told us that it was only given in small pizzas?. and we hadbought a large one .. she slammed the window on us yelling at us?. it's disrespectful because we don't care if they charge us,we don't want it free, we just wanted Red flakes, it's not that difficult?. You should improve your staff because it is veryunpleasant to go to pick up your order and to be treated like that always. Read more
