Received the notification that my order was ready, arrived at the restaurant to have to wait til the order was made all of... 27minutes. While standing waiting at the store, it was a bad experience. To hear the conversation of the employee there, suchvulgar language the whole while. Very uncomfortable the whole time. Only thing good was the wings. absolutely poor time management. The tracker is always off from when these guys care to actually make your pizza 15-20 minutes... after you think you should expect having it ready. Read more
Called at 11:30pm on a Saturday and they said they were closed. Arrived at 11:38pm and they have the doors locked. Just wanted a... quick pizza on my way home from work. Two TM?s inside and one in the delivery vehicle all lights on. Read more
Ordered: 2 pizzas + a 2-liter soda Opinion: Your experience at this location can vary wildly each visit. Sometimes maybe good,... sometimes maybe bad. For the best deal, check the specials on the app. I do love the local partnership with a shelter (pictureincluded). A couple chairs for guests could make it more tolerable for guests who need to wait. It would also help if there wasa sign that stated how the store IDs orders: by order number, name, phone number, etc. Notes: Pick-up can be done in store orvia drive-thru. If you use the app, go by the original time estimate; it might say it's ready on the app faster than theestimated time but there's no guarantee that's accurate. The entire service is awful, I order online from this store and they decided to call me 2 hours after the order was placed to... tell me ? do you still want your order? they didn?t even bother to bring the pizza regardless nor apologize for theinconvenience. Ordered 2 pizzas. The driver had them in his car for over an hour after he left the store. Once he arrived, the driver handed me... 2 boxes which were not even closed. They were literally wide open. Both pizzas were BURNT, COLD and were flooded with sauce. Wewere frequent customers so I called the store. The manager was rude and wanted me to wait outside for the driver to come back sohe could get ?proof.? Proof? The manager already knew that the driver had the pizzas in his car for over an hour before came tomy house because I called him.
