I just ordered for first time from this store. My order was incorrect. I specifically order the Jalapeño Popper Rolls they... sent a pizza instead. You will think " ah better". NO. I specifically order from Papa John's so I can have these rolls. When Icall to claim my order was wrong they said I can have some complimentary free next time I do any order. I told them I onlyordered because that is what I wanted today, the answer was the same and the person on the phone hung up on me. Really badcustomer service and no ethics. Ordered pizza and never received it. Manager tells me driver told him she dropped it off. I?d like to know to whom. Paid for it... and someone enjoyed a free meal on me. Took the manager a while to tell me he would resend the order. Very unprofessional forthe manager to believe a driver and not a paying customer. Never had an issue here. I always get the gluten free pizza with some wings. Delicious!
