Ojalá pudiece dar -1 estrella, un servicio peor imposible. No llamamo al manager por que mi madre y yo no somos conflictivos y... no queriamos buscar problemas, pero una atenciòn mediocre digna de un paiz tercermundista. No nos atendìa la única se?ora quesolo estaba en el telefono y ni nos saludò nunca, mala apariencia laboral en el centro. Now, for the local costumers, Ill sumit up pretty quick for you all, this business has a personnel that don't practice a good costumer service, worst service I'veever seen and experienced. More people have to know about this Papa John's cuz, I have to say we were hungry ( my mom and I) andthe only person in the front was talking on the phone nonstop, we were staring at them like we wanted to go away of there forobvious and tangible reasons, indeed, we did!!!!!!!!!! Not bad. Papa John's has seriously gone up in price over the years but the flavor is starting to lack. They charge restaurant... prices and it's not restaurant quality. Read more
Just received my "pepperoni" pizza delivery order. When I called the store to tell them about the mistake, I was told, "Well,... there's nothing we can do, the pizza already left the store." I asked, "So, that's it, tough, is that what you're telling me?" I ordered and paid for something that I didn't receive and the response is not an apology, not a can I offer you a credit,nothing, just....take it. Well, I'm only one person, so maybe it doesn't matter to Papa Johns, or at least this particularstore, but I thought I'd leave a message for anyone else ordering from this location. Read more
This place is being run by a bunch of high school kids. They were loud and arguing with each other. It felt unpleasant being... there. When I bring my pizza home, the crust was burnt, the pizza dough was folded over and uneven and they didn't even cut thepizza clean (I pulled the pizza apart in chunks.) I placed an order for delivery and was told it was 15.00 When the delivery arrived, he said it was 24.00 so I asked for a minute... to call the store and clarify the problem. When I came out he had left and took the pizza with him. So I called Pizza Hut andgot a 3 topping pizza delivered for 14.25 Read more
Pizza was TERRIBLE. No tomato sauce, hard, almost no cheese. It tasted as if it was days old, reheat. It wasn't ready; I had to... wait. The other gluten pizza was burnt, looked, and tasted like the plastic ones they used for display. The guy didn't knowwhat the hell, gluten-free pizza was. This visit was a complete waste of time and money. I could have gone to Little Cesar'sacross the street and paid much less, for a hot and ready pizza. Read more
I ordered a NY Style pepperoni pizza with light ranch instead of tomato sauce as i cannot eat tomato sauce. The pizza had tomato... sauce so i could not eat it. Im also no driving back to the store with the traffic on 40th. So i guess they can have the 15bucks for free. ???? Read more
