The worst. Will never go. Expensive and Pizza was very bad. I prefer Domino's and Pizza Hut has better pizza quality

I made an order for delivery and when it arrived it was cold and I called the store and spoke with Hector who is the manager.... Hector was the rudest individual I have ever dealt with in the food industry and instead of offering a replacement pizza went onto justify why the pizza was cold and even said that I was lying so I had to drive to the store and proceed to argue with thisHector character so that he would replace my pizza. I paid for delivery and had to drive to the store and argue with this man toget my pizza done right. I don?t recommend you deal with this store or this Hector guy ever as he is incapable of beingprofessional in any capacity. The pizza was cold and soggy and even after showing it to him he still wouldn?t admit any wrongdoing on his part. Be careful with this store and with this Hector guy. I will be following with a formal complaint withcorporate in the hopes that this doesn?t happen to anyone else. Read more
Ordered a pizza and confirmed with the person on the phone regarding my address before they sent it out by asking ?hey is the... address you have there XYZ???? What was the response ?yeah.. yeah it is?. Cool so here I am waiting for my pizza and wonderingwhy this guy is taking so long.. They finally call and driver has address to my old place. Then they want to deliver to my newaddress.. The same pizza, which would be most definitely cold by then. Yeah, no.. for that I will make myself some frozenpizza. Moral of the story.. Do not order from here. They obviously hire worthless people. I do feel bad for driver though.. I asked for a 16" xl pizza and got a 14 1/2" pizza. The box is 16 1/8" ant the pizza dances inside the box. I called and talked... to the person that receives the orders and didn't wanted to help. That's it for papajohns with me. Read more
I had a b'day for my son and ordered wing chicken poppers and 10 extra large pizzas and Ahmed the General Manager made... everything perfect. I ordered the pizza separate from the appetizers and wanted the pizzas at different times and had to call tochange the times and was very helpful. Pizzas were ready when I got there . Didn't have to wait around at all..made everythingless stressful especially with 15 kids hungry.. Read more
Sorry I left a tip for this delivery .... the pizza was all messed up in the box, had apparently touched the lid and was cold... when it got here. Now I know why I usually order from Domino's ... :( Read more
