What a terrible experience. Was at this restaurant for about an hour and at no time during the visit was it an enjoyable... experience. It?s understandable that everywhere is understaffed, however, when a meal is brought out it should be complete. Oneof our burgers were ordered with sweet potato fries and the waiter brought all orders out and said he would be right back withthe sweet potato fries and extra fries for the table. Never saw any wait staff again. After finishing our meal we went up to thebar to find our waiter to pay and we asked about the fries and we were told that they are complementary and he really didn?tneed to give them to us and walked away. What a joke. He wouldn?t take two seconds to talk to us to resolve our issue. Read more
Well if you read my reviews I usually try to stay pretty positive. I had a Shula burger the only thing that was on there was... barbecue sauce and bacon. It was a dollar extra for a salad I had to ask to be served. Now I never mind spending good money fora good food. With that being said the hamburger was dry and the hamburger bun was even dryer. I waited Shula?s in Chicagofantastic food this place really needs to step up its game. Read more
Quick service, cozy. Food was average. Fries were very good. Waiter was very friendly and fast. Would eat here again.
My burger was burnt even though I requested the least cooked option via their online menu. The fries were soggy and seemed... microwaved. Oh, they also add an 18% tip to every order automatically.. avoid. Read more
A pleasant place for an airport meal. Unsurprising limited menu in the post security location. Thankfully the steak on my salad... was pre-sliced. The menu requires phone-based ordering using QR code specific to each table. Staff friendly and attentive withexpedient service. Read more
Not the best Airport food I ever had. The salad was slapped together and the steak on it was so rough and tough I had to hack it... to death to slice it with the dull butter knife they gave me. Husband ordered drinks that took forever to come. 18% servicecharge was a bit much. $110 for a steak salad, 2 orders of chicken wings and 2 Long Island Ice Teas. Read more
These folks really struggle getting food out in a timely manner. I watched 3 people pay and then leave without food. Inclusive,... my plane was boarding and I almost took off as well and I just ordered a bowl of soup. They do not multi task. One chit at atime. Bartender needs some practice. A simple Bloody Mary had so much Worcestershire that?s all you could taste. Stick with abeer or soda and it?s a safe bet. Make sure you have lots of time. Read more
