Amazing place, enjoyed the food! I would?ve loved to give 5 starts but unfortunately everything was going good until we chatted... with the waitress and asked her about the place, we said it was great , and then she said: yeah we been getting good feedbackbut:NEXT TIME COME BEFORE WE CLOSE??? we arrived at the restaurant at 8:22 pm. When she greeted us it , she was clear to tell usthe restaurant was closing at 9pm and the kitchen at 8:45pm. We ignored this comment and still decided to give the place a try.AGAIN, Amazing place and food, but Owners please don?t let this great place go to wasted because of unprofessional workers, whata shame.! This is a small authentic little Italian restaurant right in the heart of the hammocks. It is owned by a very compassionate and... understanding genuinely Italian man by the name of Tim. His dishes are all handmade nothing is pot and they are made for us toorder. On Tuesday they do have $10 pizza pies and they are very generous size and from what I?m understanding they are just asgood. just from the moment we walked in to sitting down to getting the bread at the table the ambience is super cozy it?s a verysmall restaurant but it is absolutely amazing. We ordered the Barada for appetizer which reminded us as if we were back in Parisexquisite. We posted our entrées so you?re able to see the portion sizes were perfectly sized and weren?t again the flavor wasamazing. Unfortunately I did not have a chance to take a photograph of the tiramisu which I definitely give you a 10 out of 10recommendation for. The cappuccino was absolutely amazing and like I said this is definitely someplace you would really want togo back to. Tim, the owner is an absolute pleasure. First time at Napoli 1800 Cucina and it was to celebrate my partner?s birthday. She... wanted something local and WOW! this couldn?t have been a better choice. The restaurant is very cozy and intimate; a hidden gemin west Kendall/Hammocks area for sure. The food was very, very good. We shared a pizza, which we asked if it could be half mypartner?s choice and half mine and Tim gave us no issue with it. We also shared an alfredo pasta and the sauce was pretty damngood! and dessert, tiramisu yum yum yum! All of it it?s made in house and it?s all organic so that?s a plus! All of it wasexcellent! The food, the service and like I said before,Tim was incredibly attentive and very humble business owner. Overall,great experience and we?ll be happy to come back for date night. Read more
