Reviews for Mr. & Mrs.Bun in Miami, FL
Stilll savoring the palate, great surprise to discover thanks to Google this point so close to home and so rare for its warmth... and far from the typical Cuban or Latin restaurant that dominates the area. The place meets all expectations, the walls hangreviews from famous and authoritative critics, the presence of the dishes is exquisite and the drinks are a delight. I want totry everything because everything looks too good. It just annoyed me and maybe it's the most Latin Latin thing about thisplace: the music was a bit loud and the reggaeton genre. I would have liked something more Norah Jones style that would respectmore the romantic phrases that the site boasts. Also, the menu doesn?t shows the prices. I got the Asado con palta & cebollafrita, my boy got the short rib both came with house own homemade bun. Out friends got the Triple: huevo + tomate + palta(delicate and light) and for the beverages we had frozen lemonade and guanábana smoothie (passionfruit) yummy! But it totallyworth it! Delicious food and desire to repeat soon. I loved the place. Thank you very much! Read more
***Update*** Still a place with food that tastes good, but their prices have skyrocketed beyond acceptable levels, the customer... service has diminished and be aware that the desserts are smaller if you get them to go ($10 ea); unfortunately, there was someinsult added to injury when we asked the server regarding the size difference for the same price and she stated that the changeis for safety reasons ???? ?????????????????????? Then, the icing on the cake? We send them an Instagram message and the personwho answered dares to reply to us as if it was a need for us to go to their restaurant, thus, very unprofessional. Advise tothe owner: WE don?t NEED your food, YOU need customer like us, but WE pay not only for food, but also for qualityservice. Prior review was 5 starts, now 2 and will not return. ????????????????????????? Now this is food with incredibletaste! In addition, the establishment is decorated in a way that you just feel welcomed. And to add a few more positive words, the food is not only tasty, but also garnished in style, wish the priced were a bit lower, but it is understandable, qualitycomes with a price and more so in these times. I encourage you to have some coffee and dessert as well, which are quite adelight ???? Read more
Our first time and we loved it! Definitely coming back. The queso frito was out of this world.
What an awesome place. Staff was super friendly and the food was amazing. Brought us back to Peru but with a delicious gourmet... twist. The pork belly sandwich starts with an amazing home made bun (not too hard and not too soft), thick chunks of perfectlytender pork belly, and topped with crunchy sweet potato chips. Also you must try the pisco sours (we went for the passion fruit)if you like a tart and sweet drink. We?ve never been tamale fans but they changed our mind, so good!! The dessert, not pictured, was also surprisingly amazing, passion fruit curd with cookies crumbles. Thank you for a wonderful meal! Read more

Enjoyed our food as it was tasty. Some of the sandwiches unique. However, at near $20 per meal, we didn?t think the value was... quite there. 3 star - Average. Decent to visit once Read more

Everything we had was amazing! The atmosphere, service, presentation, and taste are all top notch! We just spent a week on a... Royal Carribean cruise, and I 100% believe that Mr & Mrs Buns belongs on that ship. Read more
