Meh. Based on the reviews, I thought it would be the best falafel I'd ever have but I was disappointed. I thought the falafel... sandwich was on the dry side. I wish there was more sauce throughout the sandwich, just not in one layer. The falafel itself wasgood but nothing different than other Mediterranean places. Read more
Great Falafel at a great price. You might have to wait a bit in line, but it is definitely worth it. For me, the "spicy Falafel"... was love at first bite. Really good falafel. Not as good as Israel but still really good for Miami. One of the better places and I will go back for... sure. The place deserves the high rating. Alejandra worked the truck October 15th at 9:30pm . I hope her boss reads this I received unexataptable service from her. She... never answered the phone when I called multiple times before I arrived. I gave the benefit of the doubt thinking the employeewas with customers and unable to answer. There was no one at the truck when I arrived ordering or eating and alejandra hadairpods in no wonder she could no hear the phone. When me and my friend ordered we asked for a side of pita. Once we got to ourdestination eat we noticed there was no pitta in our bag. I had to go back to get the pita. When I returned to the truck she hadher airpods still when I said she had forgotten the pita she rudely told me she never charged it and when asked why she saidbecause she just didn't, not because she did not hear us. She never apologized or recognized her mistake and as she spoke withme she still kept her airpods in. This customer service is horrendous was my first time trying this place was extremely excitingbut after this experience I would not come back nor recommend will instead deter anyone I know from coming. Ordered the steak schwarma with a side of fries. Absolutely delicious. Cooked to a toasted, crunchy perfection and they have a... variety of sauces to spice up your meal. Great and friendly service. Plenty of seating available. Parking situation is a littletight. For a total of $15+, it?s a little pricey but expected of a Wynwood food truck. Read more
